Nestled along the hiking trail leading to the Vuipay refreshment hut, this small chalet built in 1955 offers something that is no longer found: absolute peace, mountain air, and the rare feeling of being truly somewhere else.
The chalet is exclusively intended for weekend and leisure use. This lovely, unique property consists of a living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The chalet does not have a floor plan.
Over the years, the chalet has been carefully equipped to make stays enjoyable:
- Electricity: solar generator with battery and electrical installation (not subject to the OIBT regulations)
- Water: rainwater collection tank supplying the toilet and kitchen sink (non-potable water)
- Hot water: water heater installed for kitchen and shower
- Heating: stove in the living room, supplemented by gas heaters (powered by camping gas bottles)
- Water evacuation: the chalet is not connected to the municipal sewage system
