Technical description of the project

This new project will be built in traditional masonry, it will meet the standards of low-energy buildings.

The windows and French windows will be made of PVC with triple glazing. All external blinds will be with powder-coated aluminium slats with electric control.

Heat will be produced by an air-to-water heat pump and distribution will be carried out through the ground.

The apartments will be equipped with an individual metering system for heating and hot water.

Each apartment will be equipped with a ready-to-receive private washing machine and dryer.
