Rental Guidelines Ownership: Logis Suisse has set itself the goal of offering affordable housing. Primarily people who are particularly dependent on such a housing offer are taken into account. We therefore implement a specific occupancy guideline for the award: The number of people living in an apartment should at least correspond to the number of rooms - minus 1. For example, at least 2 people should live in a 3-room apartment. If there are several interested parties per apartment, applications with a lower household income will be considered appropriately.
