As of October 1, 2026, we will be renting out a cozy 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor or upper ground floor at 20 Chemin des Grillons in Courgevaux.

The kitchen was completely renovated in 2020 and now features a modern design. The two bedrooms have a light laminate floor. The remaining rooms have an easy-to-maintain tile floor. The fireplace in the spacious living room invites you to relax, as does the balcony with its beautiful view of the greenery. Upon request, the tenant can install their own washing machine in the bathroom.
